Return Policy
- Return Window: Customers can return unused Kat Kave products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or the wrong item was sent.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may be applicable for returns, depending on the condition and reason for return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Products that have been used, damaged, or show signs of wear. Kat Kaves that have had cat litter in the tray are considered used.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Warranty Policy
- Warranty Coverage: Kat Kave products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:
